We hope you love your Agali Handcrafted jewelry. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please read the following policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and unworn
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase must be provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

We also do not accept returns for:

• Custom-made items
• Personalized jewelry

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item and packaging

We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The item is defective
• The wrong item was sent

We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
